This site uses no cookies
We set no cookies, we use no Google Analytics or other statistics tools, there are no advertising pixels, and we load no fonts or scripts from external services. That is why you see no consent banner: there is nothing to accept.
The site is made of static pages: everything you see, including the ASCII artwork, is generated in your own browser.
What we collect
What you send us. Through the contact form you give us your name, company, email, project type, indicative budget and your message.
Technical data. Our hosting provider automatically logs your IP address, date and time, the page requested and your browser type, for security and diagnostics. We do not use it to profile you.
Why we use it
We use your data only to reply to you, prepare a quote and run the project you asked about. The legal basis is your own request (pre-contractual steps). Technical data serves the security of the site.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else sees it
The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes technical data as our hosting provider. Emails arrive in the company inbox. No one else receives your data, except where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for as long as needed to handle them and, if the project goes ahead, for the period required by accounting and tax rules. Requests with no follow-up are deleted within 24 months.
Your rights
At any time you can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or ask us to stop using it: write to info@artissoftware.it.
We handle data under the EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian privacy law.
